*Manage lift and escalator installation and modernization projects from start to completion.

*Coordinate project schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and suppliers.

*Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and relevant authorities.

*Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

*Attend site meetings and resolve technical and operational issues.

*Ensure compliance with BCA, WSH, and relevant industry regulations.

*Prepare project documentation, reports, testing & commissioning, and project handover.

Requirements

*Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

*Minimum 2 years of experience in lift and escalator project management or a similar role.

*Hands-on lift installation, modernization, maintenance, or troubleshooting experience

*Able to create technical drawings and coordinate site works.

*Possess a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
