- Ensure cleanliness of pantry, utility areas, and meeting room items, including:
- Washing cups, plates, cutlery, and teacup sets
- Maintaining cleanliness of pantry and storeroom, including appliances (refrigerators, microwave ovens, coffee machines, hot drink/water dispensers, basins)
- Daily cleaning of refrigerators
- Daily stocktaking and replenishment of pantry, meeting rooms, and utility area items (e.g., biscuits, beverages)
- Monthly stocktaking, updating inventory lists, and reporting to the officer in charge when supplies are low
- Ensure operational readiness of meeting facilities and functionality of pantry/common areas, including:
- Setting up beverage support and room layout for meetings
- Shifting furniture/items as required
- Buying lunch/refreshments for meetings when necessary
- Upkeeping the room to its original layout after meetings
- Clearing the meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas
The skills and capabilities required from the proposed candidate (s) include:
- Fit and Healthy to carry out the duties;
- Possess experience in housekeeping;
- Proper food/drinks handling procedures and cleanliness standard for maintaining the pantries;
- Basic English literacy which enable them to communicate with simple English verbally or in written form;
- Reliable, punctual in work with strong work ethic;
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Good organisational and time management skills;
- Positive attitude and service oriented mindset;
- Good customer service and friendly in dealing with staff

- Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
