Job Title: Griller (Front of House)

Salary Range (Part-time): SGD 18 – SGD 25/hour

Salary Range (Full-time): SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,700

Department: Back-of-House - F&B Department

Location:

• Orchard: DRIM Korean Steakhouse

Overall Job Objectives:

The BBQ Griller is mainly responsible for preparing and grilling foods to meet specific customer preferences, and required to handle minimal tasks in other areas of the kitchen in addition to their grill stations. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Keeping track of meal prep components to ensure timely completion of final dishes

• Checking perishable ingredients and food items for freshness

• Taking daily measures to prevent food cross-contamination

• Ensuring that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times.

Job Specifications:

• With at least 1 year experience in F&B Service Industry or similar role

• Ability to speak simple to average English and other local languages, to provide good customer service for customers.

• Strong sense of responsibility and a hardworking individual.

• Willingness to work as a team player when preparing dishes and coordinating meal service

• Understanding of portions when cutting and slicing meat, poultry etc.

Key Deliverables:

• Prepare and grill food items according to customer preferences and company standards while maintaining consistent quality.

• Monitor the progress of meal preparation components and ensure all dishes are completed promptly to meet service expectations.

• Regularly check perishable ingredients for freshness and take proactive measures to prevent cross-contamination in compliance with hygiene standards.

• Keep the grill station and surrounding areas clean, organized, and sanitized throughout shifts and at closing.

• Assist with basic kitchen tasks outside the grilling station as needed to ensure seamless overall operations.
