Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (.NET) with 8-10 years of experience to lead the maintenance, support, and enhancement of enterprise applications built on the Microsoft technology stack.

This role is responsible for ensuring application stability, resolving production issues, driving continuous improvements, and delivering business enhancements while maintaining high service levels.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership to development and support teams, collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders, and oversee incident management, root cause analysis, releases, and application modernization initiatives across both cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Operations

• Lead L2/L3 application support activities, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and production issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for application incidents, identify preventive measures, and drive problem management initiatives to improve system stability.
• Monitor application performance, availability, logs, and alerts; proactively identify optimization opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Manage application releases, deployments, environment configurations, and post-release validation activities across development, testing, and production environments.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, operational procedures, knowledge repositories, and support runbooks to ensure effective knowledge transfer and support readiness.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and support teams through mentoring, code reviews, technical governance, and best practice adoption.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, architecture guidelines, and operational processes, including Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Participate in modernization, upgrade, and technology refresh initiatives, contributing hands-on expertise to improve application scalability, maintainability, and reliability.

Application Development & Enhancement

• Design, develop, and implement application enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests while ensuring minimal impact to existing operations.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, architects, and vendors to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Support and maintain applications hosted on Azure, including troubleshooting cloud services, APIs, integrations, containerized workloads, and distributed systems.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery and operational efficiency.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

Microsoft .NET Technologies

• Strong experience in .NET Core / .NET 6/8+, C#, and ASP.NET Core MVC.
• Proven experience developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-grade web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of Dependency Injection, asynchronous programming, Entity Framework Core, and performance optimization techniques.

Architecture & Integration

• Hands-on experience designing, developing, supporting, and troubleshooting microservices-based applications and distributed systems.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging platforms, Dapr, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of application design principles, including Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.

Cloud & Container Technologies

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including:Azure App ServicesAzure Kubernetes Service (AKS)API Management (APIM)Storage AccountsApplication InsightsAzure MonitorAzure Identity Services
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment and support.

Database Technologies

• Solid expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including:Database designQuery optimizationPerformance tuningProduction database troubleshooting
• Experience with caching technologies such as Redis and application performance optimization.

DevOps & Production Support

• Strong understanding of Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automated deployment processes.
• Experience with application monitoring, logging, observability, incident management, and production support practices within enterprise environments.

Security

Frontend Technologies
