Ball Drop Process Engineer (Reflow)

Location: Yishun, Singapore

Salary: SGD 3,800 – SGD 5,000 per month

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a Process Engineer to support semiconductor manufacturing operations, with a focus on Ball Drop and Reflow processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining process performance, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring production quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Ball Drop and Reflow process operations to achieve consistent manufacturing performance.

• Fine-tune process settings and operating conditions to enhance product quality and production yield.

• Monitor manufacturing data, identify process variations, and recommend improvement initiatives.

• Investigate process-related issues, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.

• Support process qualification, validation, and engineering evaluations for new products and process enhancements.

• Work closely with Production, Equipment, Quality, and other internal teams to resolve technical and manufacturing challenges.

• Evaluate process capability and quality data to improve process stability, productivity, and reliability.

• Prepare and update engineering documentation, work instructions, and process records.

• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with established quality, safety, and operational standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related engineering discipline.

• Relevant experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing is preferred.

• Exposure to semiconductor assembly, packaging, or related production processes will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with process optimization, yield improvement, statistical process monitoring, or manufacturing problem-solving is beneficial.

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing cleanroom garments as required.
