Job Summary

Manage construction projects in the structural steel sector by coordinating teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, controlling budgets, and driving project progress through effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities in the structural steel construction industry to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors and clients to communicate project progress, manage claim submissions, and oversee payment certifications
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and wastage to optimize resource utilization and control costs
• Ensure all construction activities comply with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements to maintain site safety and regulatory adherence
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation for easy reference and audit purposes
• Monitor and control safety standards, quality benchmarks, and budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities to improve project outcomes and mitigate potential issues
