Job responsibilities :

• 1.Space Planning and Management:
• - Assess and plan the optimal utilization of office space, office relocations and reconfigurations as needed.
• 2. Maintenance and Repairs:
• - Perform routine daily checks to ensure the office and facility infrastructure remain well-maintained.
• - Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for equipment and facilities.
• - Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to ensure a safe and functional working environment.
• 3.Health and Safety Compliance, Security Management:
• - Ensure compliance with health, safety and Security regulations and standards.
• 4.Vendor Management:
• - Coordinate and supervise external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
• 5.Budgeting and Cost Control:
• - Develop and manage budgets for facility-related expenses.
• - Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.
• 6. Emergency Preparedness:
• - Coordinate emergency drills and training for staff.
• 7. Regulatory Compliance:
• - Stay informed about relevant local, state, and federal regulations affecting facilities.
• - Ensure compliance with building codes and other relevant standards.
• 8. Space Design and Renovation:
• - Plan and oversee office space design and renovation projects.
• - Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in office and facilities management
• Preferably with experience in health and safety initiatives
• Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment and with the ability to multi-task.
• Must be extremely hands-on and not afraid to get hands dirty
• Strong in communication skills
• Having a qualification as an Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator (OSH-C) is an advantage.

• Job Details :
• Working days: Monday – Friday
• Working hours: 9AM – 6PM
• Working Location: UOA, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (nearby LRT Kerinchi)
• Salary : RM4,000 - RM4,200
• Contract duration : 1 Year
