Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Engineer to manage manufacturing projects and support smooth production execution in our Penang factory. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, milestones, and progress tracking
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Quality teams
• Ensure material readiness and support production planning
• Monitor project risks, issues, and drive corrective actions
• Support new product introduction (NPI), product transfers, and engineering changes
• Assist in resolving production, quality, and delivery issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any technical field
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership
• Willingness to explore and learn

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
