Job Summary
The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring products are available to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock data.
- Investigate inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Work with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure inventory transactions are recorded accurately in the system.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
