Job Summary

The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring products are available to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock data.
• Investigate inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Work with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure inventory transactions are recorded accurately in the system.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
