岗位职责
Responsibilities
- – Develop and monitor production schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
- – Work with relevant departments to ensure smooth order flow and resolve issues if any.
- – Keep customers up-to-date on the progress of their orders.
- – Communicate with customers on queries of orders as and when required.
- – Coordinate customer inspection, delivery and collection arrangements.
- – Perform any other duties as assigned.
- – Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- – Ability to interpret BOM & technical drawings.
- – Good knowledge of process operation sequences.
- – Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- – Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
