Overview

The Maximo Solution Architect leads the design and delivery of enterprise-scale IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) solutions. The role translates complex business requirements into scalable, secure and high-performing architectures and provides architectural authority throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) across on-premises, SaaS and hybrid environments.
• Translate business and operational requirements into end-to-end solution designs and architectural roadmaps.
• Act as the primary technical contact during design phases and lead workshops and architecture discussions with stakeholders.
• Design and oversee integrations using Maximo Integration Framework, REST and SOAP APIs, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Provide technical governance and oversight across delivery teams to maintain solution quality, security and performance.
• Advise clients on Maximo capabilities, continuous improvement and digital transformation opportunities.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven professional background as a Solution Architect or Maximo Architect on enterprise implementations.

• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate between business and technical teams and lead complex architecture discussions.
• Strong technical leadership and governance skills.
  
  

Experience and Knowledge

• More than 4 years of relevant enterprise solution architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9), including Manage, Monitor, Health, Mobile and Predict.
• Deep knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework, REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML and enterprise integrations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with DB2, Oracle or SQL Server.
• Experience developing or maintaining Maximo Automation Scripts using Python and/or JavaScript.
