A leading global technology and semiconductor company is seeking a Senior Endpoint Solutions Architect to join its Global Architecture & Engineering team.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of a global end-user computing environment by driving solution architecture, engineering standards, automation, and service transition across enterprise endpoint platforms. You'll work at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and operations to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and operationally ready for a worldwide user base.

What you'll be doing

• Design scalable end-user computing (EUC) and workplace technology solutions for a global enterprise.
• Translate business and technical requirements into practical architecture and engineering designs.
• Drive engineering standards, automation, and platform integration across endpoint technologies.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, service management, and operations teams to deliver enterprise-ready solutions.
• Lead end-to-end service transition from solution design through implementation, hypercare, and business-as-usual (BAU) support.
• Define technical standards, implementation patterns, and governance to improve consistency and operational readiness.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve service reliability through scripting, orchestration, and systems integration.
• Ensure production readiness through documentation, operational acceptance criteria, support models, and knowledge transfer.
• Influence technical direction across cross-functional global teams without direct people management.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years' experience in Endpoint Engineering, Modern Workplace, End User Computing (EUC), Infrastructure Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows 11, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise endpoint solutions rather than purely administering them.
• Strong automation experience using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Automation, Azure DevOps, or similar technologies.
• Experience integrating endpoint platforms with enterprise services such as identity, security, ITSM, and monitoring solutions.
• Strong understanding of service transition, operational readiness, production support, and ITIL principles.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives across architecture, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications
