Role: DevsecOps Engineer

Location: Singapore

Duration: Contractual

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Professional Experience:

7+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.

4+ years of experience leading engineering teams, projects, or technical initiatives, with a demonstrated track record of independently driving outcomes.

Technical Expertise:

Deep hands-on experience with AWS, including ECS Fargate, Lambda, S3, Aurora, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, and networking/security components.

Strong proficiency with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, container-based deployments at production scale).

Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release automation on GitLab and Jira.

Strong command of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), including module design and reuse.

Solid grasp of system reliability, observability, monitoring, alerting, and logging at scale.

Working knowledge of modern application stacks (React, Node.js, React Native) sufficient to collaborate effectively with and unblock development teams.

Familiarity with database operations and administration for MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Strong understanding of authentication, middleware, application security, API integrations, and system connectivity.

Solid grounding in computer science and engineering fundamentals, including cloud computing principles, software design patterns, and secure system design.
