BettingJobs is hiring a CMS Operations Developer for a hybrid position in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented professional with strong experience in CMS, digital publishing, and content optimisation using Strapi and AI-assisted tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Publish, edit, and manage content across digital channels using Strapi CMS
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and brand compliance through editorial review
• Organise and maintain content taxonomy, metadata, and categorisation
• Implement SEO best practices and keep content accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver content initiatives
• Track and report on content performance using analytics tools
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, editing, and workflow efficiency

Essential Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in content management, web content editing, or digital publishing (preferably with headless CMS)
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Markdown, and web content formatting
• Experience with version control (Git/SVN) and basic CI/CD pipeline knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of SEO, content optimisation, and analytics platforms
• Strong organisational and project coordination abilities

Preferred:

• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.)
• Node.js experience for Strapi customisations
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation/editing tools
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or high-traffic consumer sectors
