BettingJobs are hiring a Front-End Developer for a hybrid role in Kuala Lumpur. This position is ideal for an experienced Angular specialist who can deliver high-quality, responsive web experiences and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive front-end solutions with Angular (v17+) and TypeScript
• Build and manage reusable component libraries and contribute to the design system
• Integrate RESTful APIs and handle real-time data via WebSockets or Server-Sent Events
• Write clean, testable code and uphold engineering standards (ESLint, Prettier, automated testing)
• Optimize performance for fast load times and smooth user experience
• Collaborate with UX/UI, back-end, QA, and product teams in an Agile environment

Essential Requirements:

• 3+ years' front-end development experience with Angular (v17+) and TypeScript
• Experience with component libraries, state management (RxJS, Angular Signals), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and accessibility (WCAG)
• Skilled in Angular Material, Tailwind, and modern CSS architecture
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and front-end build tooling (Vite, Webpack, npm, esbuild)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; fluent in English
• Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT)

Preferred:

• Professional proficiency in Mandarin
• Experience in automated testing (Playwright, Jest)
• Exposure to fintech or high-traffic consumer products
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture, SSR/SSG frameworks (Next.js, Nuxt.js)
