Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Johor Baharu. The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing resources and subcontractors, monitoring progress on-site, and resolving issues that may impact timelines or quality. The role involves working closely with expeditors, logistics teams, and inspection personnel to ensure materials, equipment, and services are delivered and installed according to project requirements. The Project Manager prepares reports, maintains documentation, and communicates regularly with clients, consultants, and internal teams to provide updates and align expectations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess skills in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and services to the project site.
• Candidates should possess experience in Inspection to verify work quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate suppliers, transport, and storage of materials and equipment.
• Relevant academic background in construction management, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
• Experience in the construction industry, particularly in managing on-site projects, is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities are important for this role.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to changing project conditions is highly valued.
