As a Lounge Associate, you play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for passengers.
Your responsibilities include the following:
Welcome passengers and ensure their eligibility of lounge usage
Attend to the needs of lounge guests in a proactive manner
In charge of buffet table presentations to ensure that the food and beverages served are fresh and well-presented
Ensure proper housekeeping in the lounges
Monitor food wastage
Perform basic administrative tasks and computerized transactions
Proper recording and daily tabulation for month end closing
