About Caudalie:

Caudalie is a French skincare brand rooted in clean beauty, sustainability, and innovation. With a strong presence across Asia-Pacific, we are expanding our regional team in Singapore to strengthen our press and influencer relations, and to bring our brand story closer to media, KOLs, and consumers working very closely with Sephora teams.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic PR Executive to join our SEAPAC team. This role is ideal for a young professional passionate about beauty, social media, and influencer marketing. You will be the key point of contact for press and KOLs in Singapore, managing day-to-day PR operations and events and directly reporting to the Marketing & Communication SEAPAC Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for media, influencers, and makeup artists.
• Manage press assets: samples, imagery, press releases, campaign materials.
• Proactive and reactive pitching to secure coverage across priority titles.
• Coordinate interviews, Q&As, and award submissions.
• Influencer & Social Media Support
• Manage ongoing product seeding and creative mailers.
• Support influencer collaborations (briefing, follow-up, content delivery).
• Plan and execute PR event & Trip Management (Handle guest lists, logistics, suppliers, venues, and budgets + Ensure seamless execution and impactful brand experiences).
• Monthly PR reports and EMV tracking.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong interest in beauty industry.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Previous internship or experience in PR/communications in a brand or PR agency is a plus.
• Fluent in English, French is an advantage.
