Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
Administer payroll, leave, attendance, claims, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB).
Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, employee records, and confidential personnel files.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Maintain accurate HR databases and employee documentation.
Oversee daily office administration, filing, procurement, and general administrative duties.
Coordinate with government agencies, banks, auditors, and external service providers when required.
Assist in preparing company documentation, reports, licences, and regulatory submissions.
Prepare and process project completion claims, supporting documents, invoices, and client-related documentation.
Monitor and follow up on project claims, payments, and outstanding receivables with clients when required.
Provide support in basic accounting functions, including preparing payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, data entry, filing financial documents, and assisting the finance team when required.
Assist in maintaining proper financial and administrative records to ensure smooth business operations.
Support management with administrative, operational, HR, and company-related matters.
Organise company meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Handle incoming correspondence, enquiries, and office communications professionally.
Perform any other HR, administrative, accounts, or ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
