Japanese Manufacturing Company | Johor Bahru

We are a Japanese manufacturing company specializing in cooking oil filtration machines used by restaurants, central kitchens, and food factories.

Our machines are widely used in Japan and help businesses reduce cooking oil costs, improve food quality, and maintain kitchen efficiency.

As we continue to expand our business in Malaysia, we are looking for a motivated and responsible Admin Executive to join our team and develop our market in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities

・Coordinate domestics shipments within Malaysia

・Coordinate international shipments between Malaysia and Japan or elsewhere

overseas and process related shipping documents in a timely manner.

・Post sale activities with both of domestic and international customers including

an issuance of invoices.

・Perform data entry or update records in the system

・Attendance in a daily meeting with overseas managers

・Attendance in occasional business trips is preferable

Requirements

・Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any Business field is preferable

・Minimum 1-3years of relevant working experience is required.

・Self-starter in an ability to report remotely to overseas managers.

・Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

・Proficiency Japanese is an added advantage(JLPT N3 or above is preferred)

・Basic understanding about international logistics is an added advantage.

・Willingness to learn new skills and handle a diverse range of responsibilities　

in a small office environment is essential.

Job Details

Location: Mount Austin area, Johor Bahru

Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days)

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM2,600 – RM5,000

*Allowance in skills could be considered.
