• 1. Source potential supplier
• 2. Sourcing materials and service and negotiate the best / most cost effective deals
• 3. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• 4. Prepare Purchase Order
• 5. Track order and ensure timely delivery
• 6. Review quality of purchased product
• 7. Key in order details into internal data base
• 8. Maintain filing system for purchased product and delivery information ( electronic and physical )
• 9. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• 10. Coordinate with project team to ensure proper storage of purchased items
• 11. Perform inventory inspections and reorder stock as necessary
• 12. Inspect stock and report any faulty items immediately
• 13. Update and maintain records of all orders
• 14. Coordinate with delivery team and follow up delay / orders rescheduled
• 15. Monitor External Provider Performance
• 16. Issue External Provider Corrective Action Request for any External Provider nonconformities
• 17. Activate new External Provider evaluation process for all new External Provider
• 18. Monitor and record detected purchased nonconforming product
• 19. Ensure proper store layout and material identification

Pay: RM1,799.91 - RM3,500.00 per month
