Review and assess system-generated alerts based on established guidelines and criteria.
Conduct preliminary checks and validation to identify potential false positives or genuine cases requiring further review.
Ensure alerts are accurately documented, classified, and escalated to L2 teams where necessary.
Maintain complete and accurate records of alert assessments and actions taken.
Support reporting, tracking, and monitoring of alert volumes and trends.
Collaborate with operational, compliance, and business teams to ensure timely alert resolution.
Requirements
Minimum Certificate/STPM in Business Administration, Information Management, Finance, Banking, Insurance, or a related field.
Diploma or Degree holders are preferred. Candidates without the stated qualifications must possess at least 6 years of relevant operations experience with a strong performance track record.
2–5 years of experience in administrative, operational, compliance, risk monitoring, or support functions.
Experience in reviewing, validating, and processing data with high accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and service standards.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
