Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Interior Design
• Position Title: Project Coordinator
• Working Location: Macpherson
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 8am – 6pm, Sat: 8am – 1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage renovation and interior project timelines from initial planning to final handover.
• Manage client expectations and maintain good working relationships throughout the project.
• Oversee project activities to ensure smooth execution, progress, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and other relevant parties on project matters.
• Respond to project-related emails and follow up on required actions promptly.
• Attend site coordination and progress meetings when required.
• Manage manpower allocation and assign tasks to team members based on project needs and skill sets.
• Monitor materials, manpower, project resources, and costs to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

• 1 - 3 years of experience in renovation, interior design, or general construction coordination.
• Able to multitask, solve problems, and coordinate work with different parties.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar architectural software will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of BCA guidelines will be an advantage.
