We are looking for a BI developer and data analyst who can create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models using Microsoft Power BI and other data tools. You will work closely with the Data Products team to understand their business needs, data sources, and key performance indicators. You will also perform data analysis and data visualization using various tools and techniques. You are expected to maintain the BAU operations and upkeep quality of deployed solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and meet business requirements using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Perform data analysis and data quality checks using SQL.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather feedback, provide updates, and resolve issues.
• Document and maintain best practices, standards, and guidelines for Microsoft Power BI development and data analysis.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power BI development and data analysis. Additional experience in other BI tools is a bonus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Azure Data Services, and Databricks.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English is a must.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and other data analysis tools and languages is preferred.
• Experience in working with various data sources and formats, such as relational databases, CSV, JSON, XML, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
