ABOUT THE JOB

To lead the planning, architecture, and technology transformation of TM's broadcast platforms by developing scalable, resilient, and future-ready broadcast solutions that support digital media services, operational excellence, and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design, govern, and oversee end-to-end broadcast technology solutions encompassing content ingest, processing, playout, distribution, and content delivery services.
2. Lead the design, implementation, and management of IPBC end-to-end workflows to ensure operational efficiency and service continuity.
3. Drive operational automation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancement, optimization, and workflow orchestration.
4. Manage business and technology stakeholders on new requirements, providing solution recommendations and feasibility assessments.
5. Define workflow integrations across multiple system domains to ensure seamless interoperability and service delivery.
6. Drive broadcast platform modernization through the adoption of IP-based, cloud-native, virtualized, and software-defined technologies.
7. Establish and maintain broadcast architecture standards, technical frameworks, governance models, and best practices to ensure scalability, resilience, security, and service reliability.
8. Evaluate emerging technologies, provide strategic architectural guidance, and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
9. Develop and maintain technology roadmaps while collaborating with internal stakeholders, technology partners, vendors, and consultants to support the organization's long-term broadcast and media services strategy.
10. Lead in the planning, design, deployment, and continuous improvement of broadcast and media technology platforms.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Media Technology or related disciplines.

WE VALUE

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in broadcast technology, solution architecture, systems integration, media platforms, digital transformation or related fields.
• Professional certifications in Solution Architecture, Cloud Technologies, Broadcast Technology, Systems Integration, Kubernetes, Project Management or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
