Job Summary

Support the Manager, design, and operations teams by preparing quotations, drafting work schedules, managing client communications, and producing 3D and construction detail drawings to ensure smooth project execution and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager, design, and operations teams with project coordination and operational tasks to support timely delivery
• Prepare accurate quotations and draft detailed work schedules to facilitate project planning
• Attend site meetings and briefings to consolidate outstanding works and update summary reports for project tracking
• Source and order materials to meet project requirements and timelines
• Manage client communications via email to maintain clear and professional correspondence
• Produce 3D models and construction detail drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, rendering software, and Photoshop to support design and construction needs
• Execute other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant or related field, or more than 5 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficient technical skills in detail drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, rendering software, and Photoshop
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment
