Based in Singapore, the Project Manager will ensureon-time delivery, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder alignment.This role demands disciplined execution, proactive risk management, strongcustomer engagement, and ownership of revenue forecasting aligned with globalPMO processes.

In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be:

·       Lead project initiation activities, ensuring aseamless transition from Sales and driving effective internal and customerkick-off meetings

·       Proactively review project scope, identifyrisks, and develop mitigation strategies to set projects up for success fromthe start

·       Execute projects end-to-end in alignment withEmerson’s global PMO processes, including scheduling, gate reviews, riskmanagement, and change control

·       Deliver on customer commitments by ensuringon-time execution (RDSL >95%) while maintaining high standards of qualityand compliance

·       Develop and maintain accurate salesrecognition forecasts, ensuring ≥95% forecast accuracy and alignment withproject plans

·       Optimize finished goods inventory and deliveron sales and inventory targets with strong precision and accountability

·       Build trusted customer relationships throughconsistent communication, transparency, and proactive engagement

·       Manage change requests effectively, ensuringalignment with contractual terms while balancing cost, schedule, and customerexpectations

·       Ensure timely and accurate submission ofproject documentation in accordance with PMO governance and VDRL requirements

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams toproactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive successful projectoutcomes

·       Lead project closure activities, includingfinal documentation, milestone invoicing, and smooth handover to Service teams

·       Provide clear, data-driven reporting onproject performance to enable informed decision-making

·       Champion a culture of continuous improvementby conducting lessons learned and implementing best practices

For This Role, You Will Need:

·       5–10 years of experience in project managementin the process management industry

·       Strong capabilities in project planning,execution, and delivery

·       Proven experience in stakeholder management,risk identification, and mitigation

·       Financial acumen, including budget and costmanagement

·       Experience in project sales recognitionforecasting and planning

·       Excellent communication, organizational, andtime management skills

Preferred Qualifications thatSet You Apart:

·       PMP certification or equivalent projectmanagement credentials

·       Knowledge of process instrumentation orrelated technologies

·       Experience working within global PMOframeworks and structured project governance models

·       Demonstrated success in managing complex,cross-functional, and high-impact projects
