Junior Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using PHP and web technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Build responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and scripting languages.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
• Participate in requirement gathering, system analysis, and application design.
• Evaluate system architecture, performance, usability, and database structure.
• Define technical specifications, features, and implementation approaches.
• Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Apply test-driven development (TDD) and ensure features meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms and browsers.
• Manage tasks across the full software development lifecycle.
• Ensure timely delivery of development projects aligned with business needs.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and system updates.
• Research and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance products and operations.
• Develop automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitalize workflows.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a related field.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Solid understanding of web applications and frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), especially in PHP.
• Understanding of relational databases and data handling.
• Basic knowledge of system analysis, website development, and technical environments.
• Familiarity with web application architecture.
• Experience working with third-party APIs (e.g., Google, Facebook).
• Ability to integrate external services and tools into web applications.
• Exposure to AI tools or AI-assisted development workflows.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with AI technologies, such as LLM-based tools, automation workflows, or simple API integrations, with interest in building AI-driven features.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and smart systems.
• Experience building AI-related tools is an added advantage.
