Responsibilities
  • Support daily activities of current VDI Citrix platform and delivery of new VDI solution.
  • Advancing technical support and managing escalations.
Requirements
  • 2nd or 3rd level technical support on Citrix Netscaler, Virtual Apps / Virtual Desktops, VDI Technology and Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for compliance standards.
  • Participate in the migration phases and Post‑implementation support and handover works.
