Lead and supervise the M&E team in regularly inspecting M&E work to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Promptly identify and address any deficiencies.
Effectively coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of M&E work. Maintain clear and concise communication.
Monitor the progress of M&E work, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular progress reports for the consultant, superintendent officer, and project management team.
Proactively identify and resolve M&E-related issues, proposing solutions and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Assist with site measurements, monitor site progress, and assess progress claims, including variation works (VO)assessments.
Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and procedures on site. Promote a safe working environment for all personnel.
Maintain accurate and complete records of all M&E work, inspections, correspondence, and ensure proper as-built installation records.
Perform other duties as assigned by the client.

Requirements:
Recognized Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Registered Resident Engineer (RE) with the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) ofIES/ACES.
Minimum3 to 5 years of site supervision experience as an M&E RE within building construction projects in Singapore.
Deep familiarity with Singapore Standards, Codes of Practice, and building regulations, with a proven track record in statutory submissions to local authorities (BCA, PUB, EMA, SCDF).
