We are seeking an E-Commerce Executive to join AI Elite Technology in a full-time position based in the Muar District, Johor. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and optimisation of our e-commerce operations and digital presence. You will play a vital role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online sales performance, customer engagement, and brand visibility across multiple e-commerce platforms. This position is essential to achieving our company's objectives in the rapidly evolving digital marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to increase online sales and market share across various digital platforms
• Manage and optimise product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing and promotional offers on e-commerce platforms
• Execute digital marketing campaigns including paid search, display advertising, social media marketing and email marketing to drive traffic and conversions
• Monitor, analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition costs
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth in the e-commerce landscape
• Collaborate with content creators and design teams to produce engaging marketing materials and product content
• Optimise website user experience and customer journey to improve conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment
• Manage e-commerce budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources across marketing channels
• Build and maintain relationships with e-commerce platforms, affiliate partners and third-party vendors
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
