Job Description

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
• Proven experience in building construction projects, preferably residential or high-rise projects.
• Experienced in leading and supervising site teams, subcontractors, and workers.
• Strong knowledge of site management, construction methods, and project coordination.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Experienced in monitoring site progress, workmanship, quality, and construction schedules.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle site issues independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills with Project Manager, Project Engineer, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Able to manage multiple site activities and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule.
• CIDB Green Card is required.
• Willing to work at construction sites and able to lead the site team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily construction activities at the site.
• Supervise site personnel and coordinate subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and resolve site issues, including drawing discrepancies and technical problems.
• Coordinate site inspections and liaise with consultants and relevant parties.
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment at site.
• Ensure workmanship and construction quality meet the required standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and relevant site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and proper site housekeeping.
• Report project progress, delays, issues, and necessary actions to the Project Manager / Project Director.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience in high-rise building projects will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building materials and site management practices.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiar with construction quality standards and safety requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, AUTO-CAD, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Good Team player to communicate with key stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Work location based at Johor, willing to travel outstation if required.
• Willing to work at multiple location / sites.
