• Analyze & improve product performance, reliability and cost.
• Analyze test result, defects and feedback to the development team
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective action
• Interface with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth production delivery
• Participate in product launch and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with industry standard, regulation & quality requirement
