We are a professional audit firm located at Muar, Johor, seeking a motivated and responsible Audit Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals who wish to build a solid foundation in auditing and assurance work within a supportive and structured environment.

The Audit Assistant will be involved in audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, assisting in audit planning, execution, and completion in accordance with approved auditing standards. The successful candidate will work closely with seniors and managers, gaining hands-on exposure to statutory audits, financial reporting, and compliance matters.

Job Responsibilities

• Handling of the audit assignment for dormant/SME companies of various industries
• Preparation of the audit working papers and review the audited report
• To report to the audit manager/audit partner for the job status and audit issues
• To communicate with clients for audit queries/issue and to resolve the audit review points issued by the audit manager.
• To assist audit seniors/other audit team members in audit engagement as and when necessary

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Partial qualified ACCA students are encouraged to apply
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and on the job training will be provided
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word/ Microsoft Excel Knowledge of audit software Audit Express will be an added advantage
• Posses good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
