Full Time Maintenance Engineer Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,500 in SAM Engineering & Equipment (M) Bhd Simpang Ampat - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of CNC machines and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize machine downtime.
• Diagnose machine faults and implement effective corrective actions to ensure smooth production operations.
• Develop, review, and improve maintenance procedures to enhance equipment reliability.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure machines, tools, and equipment are safe and operating efficiently.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety and health standards.
• Coach and support maintenance technicians to strengthen technical skills and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance or a CNC machining environment.
• Knowledge of CNC controllers such as Siemens, Fanuc, and Heidenhain.
• Good understanding of electrical systems (AC/DC, Star-Delta, PLC), mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the CNC machining industry is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
