The Sales & Relationship Management department manages Direct HNW Clients and Active Traders. In this role, the Sales & Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring new clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and exceptional client experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of new HNW clients and Active Traders
• Build new relationships and develop strong sales pipelines for Saxo
• Participate in external client events and organize internal client sales and hospitality events
• Assisting with communicating to clients about new product releases and/or changes to their account
• Ensuring that new clients are able to trade independently on Saxo’s platforms
• Carrying out any further tasks for which the qualifications and experience of a Sales & Relationship Manager are suited as directed by Saxo

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Candidate who already possess CMFAS Module RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP or CM-CMP will have added advantage.
• Passion for sales and a proven ability to build and expand client relationships ethically.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness in developing strategies to build and acquire new client relationships.
• Strong understanding of Saxo’s products and services
• Enjoy engaging with clients and colleagues. Able to speak fluently and write in English and additional languages are considered an advantage
• Customer-service oriented and able to multi task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Work independently and manage task and time based on the given KPI’s
• Good team player
