About the Company

Our client is a leading global technology company building innovative digital platforms and immersive experiences used by billions of people worldwide. They are seeking a Strategic Program Manager to help drive the growth of their gaming ecosystem through strategic partnerships, developer engagement, and emerging technology initiatives across the APAC region.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of gaming, strategy, technology, and ecosystem development. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, and external gaming partners to shape long-term platform initiatives, identify emerging technology opportunities, and strengthen relationships across the game developer community.

You will play a key role in driving strategic programs that accelerate platform adoption, improve the developer experience, and support the future of interactive entertainment through emerging technologies, including Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic programs that support the growth of the gaming ecosystem across APAC.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with game developers, publishers and strategic partners.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve developer experiences and platform adoption.
• Identify trends across the gaming industry and recommend strategic initiatives to support ecosystem growth.
• Explore opportunities involving Agentic AI and emerging technologies that can enhance developer workflows and future platform capabilities.
• Gather developer feedback and translate business needs into actionable product recommendations.
• Represent the organisation in engagements with external partners and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience in the gaming industry, preferably across game development, publishing, platform partnerships or ecosystem strategy.
• Strong understanding of modern game development workflows, live-service operations, or developer platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Native or business-level Korean with strong English communication skills.
• Passion for gaming, emerging technologies and the future of developer ecosystems.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working with game engines, developer platforms or gaming ecosystems.
• Exposure to Agentic AI, Generative AI or AI-assisted development workflows.
• Experience working across APAC markets with Korean game developers or publishers.
• Knowledge of developer communities, partner enablement or developer relations.
