Experience

7+ years in Network & Security Operations (L3)

CCNA or higher certification

Security certification (CCSP/Fortinet/Palo Alto/Check Point/Cisco/Juniper)

Strong scripting/automation experience

Required Skills

Routing & Switching (Cisco/Fortinet/Juniper)

BGP, OSPF, RIP, Static Routing

VLAN, ACL, NAT, VPN (IPSec, GRE)

Firewalls: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point, Juniper

F5 LTM & WAF

Bluecoat/Symantec Proxy, Sophos

LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V

ITIL, Incident, Problem & Change Management

Key Responsibilities

Provide L3 support for enterprise Network & Security infrastructure

Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, firewall, VPN, and proxy issues

Lead technical escalations, RCA, and infrastructure changes

• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and maintain technical documentation
