We are looking for a Purchaser to handle daily purchasing activities , supplier follow- up and material delivery coordination. This role suits someone who is careful with details , communicates clearly and follows task through until completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Source suppliers and request quotations
• Compare pricing , payment terms , quality and delivery lead time
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders
• Follow up closely delivery schedules and outstanding orders
• Coordinate material requirements with Production , Warehouse and relevant departments
• Handle urgent purchases , shortages , delayed deliveries and supplier issues
• Check purchasing documents , invoice and delivery details
• Maintain updated supplier records , price lists and purchasing files.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent
• Fluent in Mnadarin , as role requires regular communication with Mandarin -speaking suppliers.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate and negotiate confidently with suppliers
• Responsible , organized and able to follow up independently.
• Purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
