We’re Hiring | Lead Tester (Motor Insurance Domain)

At R Systems, we’re looking for an experienced Lead Tester to join our growing team and drive quality across Motor Insurance projects.

Position: Lead Tester

Experience: 6–10 Years

Domain: Insurance (Motor)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the testing team for Motor Insurance projects

• Own end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution

• Review and validate test cases for Motor products (VCV, VPC)

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners

• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution

• Drive SIT, UAT coordination, and regression testing

• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders

• Mentor junior testers and enforce QA best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of testing experience in the Insurance domain

• Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance products (VCV & VPC)

• Experience with Policy Administration Systems

• Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, and API testing

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Prior team handling experience is a plus
