Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager / Wealth Services role based in Singapore. The Manager / Wealth Services will oversee client portfolios, provide tailored wealth and insurance solutions, and conduct regular reviews to ensure clients’ financial objectives are met. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, assessing financial needs, preparing and presenting financial plans, and recommending suitable investment and insurance products. The role also involves supervising and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize service delivery. The Manager / Wealth Services will contribute to business development through prospecting, networking, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning to analyze client needs, structure comprehensive plans, and guide long-term goal achievement.
- Candidates should possess solid expertise in Investment Management and Investments to construct and monitor diversified portfolios aligned with clients’ risk profiles.
- Candidates should possess a sound foundation in Finance to interpret financial data, understand market trends, and support informed advisory decisions.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Insurance to recommend appropriate protection and savings solutions within regulatory guidelines.
- Relevant academic background in finance, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC, or equivalent) are advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or related financial services roles, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards in financial advisory work.
