About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and digitally savvy Brand Experience Associate to support branding, content creation, multimedia production, and digital marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining design, storytelling, and emerging technologies to create engaging customer experiences across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Design & User Experience

• Support the design of intuitive and visually engaging digital interfaces across web and product platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and ensure consistent brand presentation.

Content & Digital Marketing

• Create engaging written content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.

Creative & Multimedia Production

• Produce photography and video content for marketing campaigns, corporate events, and promotional activities.
• Edit short-form videos, marketing collateral, and digital assets for various communication channels.

Website Management

• Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, usability, and visual consistency.
• Support ongoing website improvements, including SEO best practices and user experience enhancements.

AI-Driven Creative Workflows

• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, design, video production, and day-to-day productivity.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, design, and AI technologies.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Digital Media, UX/UI Design, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills

• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g. WordPress or equivalent).
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous but not essential.

AI & Digital Skills

• Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Midjourney, or other generative AI platforms.
• Comfortable incorporating AI into creative, marketing, and productivity workflows.

Personal Qualities

• Creative with a strong eye for visual design and storytelling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
