Job Summary

Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently to support manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, safety, and operational improvements under supervisor guidance.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet processing requirements
• Inspect equipment regularly to detect malfunctions, needed repairs, or part replacements
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to sustain production quality and efficiency
• Clean and dismantle machining parts to support equipment upkeep
• Follow supervisor instructions to complete assigned tasks within deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to comply with safety standards
• Recommend improvements to production processes to increase efficiency and safety
• Participate in waste management initiatives to reduce operational waste
• Identify and report unsafe operations promptly to supervisors to prevent accidents
• Assist junior operators by providing guidance and support in their tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the company to support production goals
