Position: Captainr/ Supervisor
Location: Waterloo
Working Hours: Shift-based (all day dining)

We are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences through both cuisine and service. We are seeking a capable and service-driven to lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage front-of-house operations during service shifts
• Lead, guide, and motivate service crew to maintain high service standards
• Ensure excellent guest experience and handle feedback or service recovery professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service flow
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance supervision
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with service standards
• Support daily opening and closing duties

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and guest handling abilities

Ability to stay composed and decisive in a fast-paced environment

Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented

Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
