Job Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their renovation requirements and lifestyle needs.
• Prepare space planning, layout proposals, mood boards, and 3D design concepts.
• Present design ideas and material selections to clients.
• Prepare quotations and renovation proposals.
• Coordinate renovation projects from design to completion.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project coordinators.
• Conduct site measurements and site inspections.
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion.
• Resolve on-site issues and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

• With or without experience welcome
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in residential interior design will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of renovation materials and construction methods.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
