任职资格

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing.
Proven experience in financial reporting, including the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
Demonstrated expertise in budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Strong understanding of tax compliance regulations and experience in managing tax filings.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Bukku) and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in team leadership and mentoring junior accounting staff.
Knowledge of strategic planning and risk management principles within a financial context.
Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication with diverse teams and clients.

岗位职责

Leading finance department overlooking different divisions for billing & collection, accounting, payroll and other related matters.
Reporting directly to the managing director.
