About the Role

The Office & Studio Assistant plays an important role in maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked workplace while supporting the day-to-day operations of our livestream studios.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean and presentable, enjoys staying organised, and is happy working independently.

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain the office, livestream studios, pantry and toilets to a high standard.
• Ensure common areas are clean, tidy and ready for use each day.
• Replenish office supplies, including cleaning supplies, toiletries and pantry items.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the team when supplies need to be replenished.
• Reset studio sets, furniture and props after productions based on provided layouts.
• Assist with general office upkeep and other basic operational tasks when required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in office, commercial or facilities cleaning is preferred.
• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised environment.
• Physically able to carry out cleaning duties and move light furniture or equipment when resetting studio sets.
• Organised and able to keep track of supplies and inventory.
• Positive attitude and willing to support the team.
• Able to commit to working Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

Preferred

• Experience working in an office, studio or commercial environment.
• Basic inventory or stock management experience.
• Comfortable following setup instructions for studio spaces.
• Able to communicate in basic English.

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,300.00 per month
