Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, driven, and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at our office in Plaza Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will play a key part in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding local and international sales networks, building strong client relationships, and promoting our extensive range of automotive spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new B2B business opportunities, distributors, wholesalers, and clients in local and overseas markets.
• Maintain and build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while acting as their primary point of contact for sales inquiries.
• Prepare compelling business proposals, conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet company sales targets.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand within the automotive spare parts and manufacturing sector.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events locally and internationally when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or export sales (experience in the automotive, spare parts, or manufacturing industry is a major advantage).
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (fluency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus for handling international markets).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, result-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Office: B-08-12, Block B, Plaza Mont Kiara, No. 2, Jalan Kiara, Mont' Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
