Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the production team to obtain precheck lists and verify the completion of necessary manufacturing steps for autonomous mobile robots.
- Conduct detailed quality control inspections on autonomous mobile robots, including visual inspections, functional tests, and burnout tests to ensure compliance with established specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
- Utilize various testing equipment and tools, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and specialized software, to perform accurate and reliable assessments of product performance and functionality.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent and efficient execution of quality control activities.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of all quality control tests, inspections, and findings using appropriate documentation and data management systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve any quality-related issues or non-conformities identified during the inspection process.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on quality control observations and analysis, aiming to enhance the overall product quality and reliability.
- Participate in the development and refinement of quality control procedures, protocols, and test plans to ensure thorough and accurate evaluation of autonomous mobile robots.
- Perform burnout tests on robot components, such as motors, batteries, sensors, and navigation systems, to assess their endurance, performance, and reliability under extreme conditions.
- Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and internal non-conformities by analyzing data, conducting root cause analysis, and proposing corrective actions.
- Stay updated with industry standards, emerging technologies, and advancements in autonomous mobile robots to contribute to continuous improvement efforts and ensure compliance with evolving quality requirements.
Job & Skill Requirements:
- Candidates possess at least a SPM, Certificate, Diploma, Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Software Engineering.
- Have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill (s): Able to do electrical & electronic, mechanical assembly, handling common and power tools & able to do troubleshooting.
- Advanced organizational skills.
- Experience drafting reports and collating data.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
- Hands-on testing and troubleshooting experience.
- Innovative mindset, enjoy learning new things and willing to accept new challenges.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
