Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and project team.
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
Prepare, revise, and update AutoCAD drawings based on project requirements and engineer's instructions.
Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, layout drawings, and other technical drawings as required.
Ensure all project drawings are properly filed, controlled, and updated.
Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding project documentation and drawing revisions.
Monitor project schedules and follow up on project progress to ensure timely completion.
Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
Maintain accurate project records, trackers, and filing systems.
Perform site visits when required to verify drawing information.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in project administration, drafting, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
Basic knowledge of electrical construction drawings is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Experience in the Electrical & Electronic or Construction industry will be an added advantage.
